• Location Data. If you request a ride, we track your driver’s location during your trip and link that data to your account. This allows us to display where you are on your trip.

• In-Vehicle Recordings.

  • Third-Party Providers may monitor, record, and film the exterior and interior of the vehicle throughout the ongoing requested service. This surveillance is conducted strictly for safety, security, and quality assurance purposes.

Data from other sources. This includes:

• Law Enforcement Officials, Public Health Officials and Other Government Authorities.

  • Name; Contact Information; Information relating to law enforcement, health and/or other investigations

• Service Providers who help us verify your identity or detect fraud. This includes financial institutions.

  • Address; Bank Information; Contact Information; First, Last Name; Government-Issued ID; Profile Picture; Medical Certificate; Setting and Preferences; Proof of Taxes; Vehicle General and Detailed Information

• Background Check: We collect information submitted to Ride Luma LLC during the application process or within the first 90 days of approved vendor process.

• Demographic Data. Ride Luma LLC collects demographic data if necessary for verification purposes. i.e. Date of birth and/or age to verify your eligibility to provide the services.
